This study investigates how human resource analytics (HRA) influences organizational performance in Saudi Arabian companies. It emphasizes on three main areas: employee engagement analytics, talent acquisition analytics, and manpower planning analytics. A quantitative, descriptive research approach was employed. The study obtained responses from employees utilizing a web -based survey, yielding 281 responses through simple random sampling. The analysis was conducted in SPSS. The study outcomes highlight the importance of the strategic value of HRA in improving organizational performance in Saudi Arabia. They show that the three focus areas together account for a significant share of variance and affect performance. By providing empirical insights from a context that has received limited scholarly attention, this study extends the existing body of knowledge in this field. It also provides a clear understanding of human resource analytics, capturing the complexities of data-driven human resource management processes beyond basic models. Furthermore, it offers practical insights for Saudi companies seeking to use HR analytics to enhance performance, especially in relation to the objectives of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
